Mise En Place Farm

 Mise En Place Farm is a small mixed‑vegetable farm in Davidsonville, Maryland. We specialize in microgreens, salad greens, herbs, tomatoes, ginger, and a rotating selection of many other seasonal crops. You can find us at the Anne Arundel County Farmers Market.  We also work directly with restaurants and other wholesale accounts.

We grow using sustainable, regenerative practices and produce all of our own compost. Much of that compost comes from our spent microgreens soil, made from OMRI‑listed Promix MP organic potting mix. Our farm includes three greenhouses and a climate‑controlled nursery for microgreens and field‑crop transplants.

With a background in the culinary world, we place a strong emphasis on exceptional product quality and unique crop offerings. Our goal is to bring chefs and home cooks the freshest, most flavorful ingredients possible.
